A typical ”full” recruitment/headhunting process (tailored)

Typically, a “full” process takes about 8 weeks. Typically, the status of the process will be e-mailed every Friday. In our recruitments among other things, we focus on the following at the candidates: intelligence/character rather than experience (hire character – train skills), pride and ownership, that candidates themselves are proactive, high level of integrity, look for team players (depending on the job).

Search & Selection process

  • When the task starts, a thorough analysis is made of the background of the recruitment and the necessities as to skills, attitude, background, experience, education, success criteria, etc.

  • Screening of incoming applicants, searching within internal and external networks and databases, and telephone conversations

  • Evaluation based on in-depth personal interviews with selected candidates

  • Presentation of 2-4 candidates

  • The final candidates pass through a DISC Personal Analysis and reference check from previous employers. Relevant studies and simulations can be included in the process.

  • When we have finished the recruitment, we evaluate with the client and the candidate to ensure a successful and long-cycled employment
